Specifically designed for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and tested in partnership with USA Cycling, the Izumi-Kai takes the legendary performance of the V Super Toughness chain to the next level.
Crafted from the same premium Janpanese steel, with ultra-rigid and wear resistant high-carbon alloy pins, the Izumi-Kai's special low-friction treatments further reduce resistance and friction-related power losses. The result is a supreme combination of incredible toughness and pure speed, trusted by those track racing at the highest level.
This new technology also increases hardness, durability and corrosion resistance. And don't stress - it's NJS.
